Terms of Service

"VoSonar" refers to the VoSonar voice input software and its associated website (vosonar.com). "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for or uses VoSonar services. "License" refers to the credential authorizing the use of VoSonar software.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. One person may register only one account. Transferring or selling accounts constitutes a breach of these terms.

Based on the subscription plan you purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. License keys are bound to your account and may not be resold, shared, or publicly distributed. A single license allows use on the specified number of devices simultaneously. Exceeding the device limit will result in activation being denied for new devices. We reserve the right to detect and revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.

VoSonar offers Free, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; bypass or attempt to bypass license verification mechanisms; use automated tools to mass-register accounts or activate licenses; use the service for any illegal activities; upload or distribute malicious code. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

VoSonar software, website, documentation, brand assets, and all related intellectual property belong to VoSonar. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Content you generate while using VoSonar (such as transcribed text) remains your intellectual property.

VoSonar is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. Our liability for data loss or work interruption caused by software faults is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with advance notice for material changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the software and all associated data. You may delete your account at any time through account settings; data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court.
